When attempting a backup of a VM using vRanger it fails for every VM going to the repository with:
"Error 2712 - cannot connect to share"
This can be caused by the account or password used to connect to the Repository may have changed, or be locked-out. Symptoms of this error may be shown by "unknown" space in the repository space section in the "My Repository" screen, when right-clicking on the Repository and selecting "Properties".
Re-credential login and password for that given repository; Once re-credentialed, click "Update". If this completes successfully, you will see the amount of free space in the Repository again, and the "Unknown" free space field will no longer appear
Other issues may also cause this error.
