When attempting a backup the job fails immediately with:
"Failed to acquire the shared resources. (Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) (Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))))"
If the job attempts to perform a Lan-free backup and the environment is not set up for Lan-free, then the job failsover to Lan backup.
It is on this failover that the job gives the above error.
Root cause as to why this error is thrown instead of failing over to Lan is not known as of yet.
A possible resolution of this may be:
1. Edit the job
2. Untick job options "Perform Lan-free backup" & "Perform Network Backup on Lan-free Failure"
3. Commence the job
This may occur after upgrading from 4.5.3 to 5.3.1
