Lan-Free Backups Tasks hanging at 99% (85951)

At the end of the sub-task process for backing up the VMDK it gets stuck at 99%

This can bee seen by clicking on the plus next to the running job and selecting the Sub-Task that drops down that you are having trouble with. Then at the bottom right corner of vRanger are two progress bars. If the second one is at 99% and there is no throughput shown for the job the job is hung.

**Cancel the hung job. If it will not cancel kill the "Backup.exe" process in task manager. If the job still doesn't stop then restart the "vRanger Service".

1. Disable ABM by editing the job and on the options screen, Uncheck the "ABM" option
2. Disable CBT by Right-clicking the VM that you are having an issue with and selecting "Disable Change Tracking"
3. Use the vSphere client to create a manual snapshot for the VM
4. Use the vSphere client to delete the manual snapshot that was created in the step above, this completes the removal of CBT
5. Run the backup job again this time it should not hang
