When a host is removed from vRanger, the CPU licenses that it owned do not become available for r (4047943)

A user has decommissions or rebuilds a host and removes it from vRanger. Later, the user realizes that, even though the host is no longer visible in vRanger, the CPU licenses that the host formerly held have not been released.

First, verify that a copy of hte license file is still available! Stop the vRanger services. Then, using the SQL Server Management Studio, remove the license entry from the dbo.License table. You may then reinstall and relicense the various hosts.
