Replicated vm won't boot after 2nd replication pass - Starting the replicated server, gives a cor (4046388)

After first replication pass, a test boot of the replicated VM looked good.

After the next differential replication pass, a test boot of the server, you recieve the error:

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt, would you like to run a repair.

Boot up tests were being done manually, not through the failover test within vRanger/replication.

Manual boot up was being done for testing and corrupting the replica.

Run all boot tests of replicated servers through the vRanger/replication failover test process.
