vRanger trial license and Thai date format (4046062)

When installed on a system configured to use the Thai date format settings, the vRanger trial license immediately expires.

The installation logs show that the system install time is reported with standard time, for example:

Installation Completed: 10/04/2012 (Tuesday) 2:56:54
 

This is the start of the trial license period. If the system date format is Thai, then the date in this example is 10/04/2555. The trial license has been expired for 532 years.

While running on trial licenses, ensure that the vRanger system's date format is set to something other than Thai, for example English (US).
