In the replication job log, you see an error:
[yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss]: Change Block Tracking filter created: True
[yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss]: The change block filter failed on /vmfs/volumes/<datastore>/<VM name>_Replica/<VM name>_Replica-flat.vmdk.Even with the error, the replication job was successful
