VM guest system time increase 8 hours when doing backup (4044558)

When performing a backup of a vm the system clock on the vm in question appears to change.

Snapshot operation are performed by VMware in response to API calls made by vRanger. To determin if snapshot issue is causeing the time change create a snapshot through the mob.

click on ManagedObjectReference:Folder
click on ha-datacenter
click on the datastore id
click on the VMs id
click on the create Snapshot-Task (0 = No, 1=Yes)

You can find which id belongs to what datastore and VM by drilling down through the links,
a page or 2 down will show the friendly name.
