Host configuration changes in VC

Resolution
1) exit the GUI
2) stop the 3 vRanger services
3) start the vRanger Service
4) wait several seconds after the Pro service shows as running then start the vRanger API service
5) start the vRanger FLR service
6) Refresh vRanger inventory
