Unable to apply license file to vRanger
Description

When attempting to add a license file to vRanger you receive
"Unable to cast COM object of type 'QuestSoftware.Licensing.IAeCreateProductInfo2Class'"
Cause

This is an indication of a failed Installation/Upgrade of vRanger.
Resolution

Uninstall and reinstall vRanger. No need to remove database during uninstall.
