Description
- Backing up a machine with more than 10TB without using compression succeeds without any issue.
- Backing up a machine with more than 10TB using compression fails with the following error:
Error: 2337- FATAL backup_too_many_blocks The backup source size (XXXXX GB) requires a blocksize of at least 2242 KB to be configured for this job

Cause
The compression block size specified in the configuration file is set to 2048 KB. -
Resolution
Change the BlockSizeWithCompression value to 4096 KB in order to perform a backup. To perform this change, edit the Vizioncore.vRanger.Service.exe.config file in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Quest\vRanger
