When upgrading to vRanger 5.2, the license provided fails to verify.
The format of the license changed slightly between the time the verification code was developed and the vRanger was released.
Contact Quest Support for a temporary license file that will get you past the verification stage of your upgrade. When the upgrade is complete and you are requested to imported your license file, then use the Quest Licensing-provided file. The file from Quest Support is only a temporary license and it will expire.
