chmod: /tmp/.vzbin: No such file or directory

When a new VA is deployed and the old VA is simply renamed, and not removed in virtual center, vRanger will continue to reference or look for the old VA.
Before you deploy the new VA, you should take the following steps:
1. Remove the scratch disk from the old VA, but not delete it from disk.
2. Delete the old VA from Virtual Center, but DO NOT check the box to remove from disk.
3. Deploy the new VA, and when you add the second disk, point it to the scratch (2nd) disk from the old VA. All the other files from the old VA can now be deleted from the datastore.
You should now be able to the the New VA for ESXi replicaiton.
