Description
When running a backup or replication job it fails with the above error message. This message also appears in the vSphere client.

Cause
The Virtual Center cannot communicate with the ESX(i) host in a timely manner.

Resolution
To resolve this issue vMotion the affected vm to another host in the cluster. Also, refresh the vRanger inventory after the vMotion.
