When attempting a backup it fails with:
"Error Message: Unable to continue Differential backup; the vRanger snapshot was not found"
A possible cause of this error is that the snapshot is taking too long to be created
1. Go to the service folder in your vRanger installation directory, the path is : C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\vRanger\Service
2. Open the folowing file in a text editor to modify it: Vizioncore.vRanger.Service.exe.config
3. In the file find the "InventoryLoadTimeout" that has a value of 300 and change it to 600 so the timeout will change from 5 mins to 10 mins
4. Restart the vRanger service
