Description
When backing up a Hyper-V virtual machine, task fails with Error: 2605 - [vhd_cant_open_detail] VHD can't open C:/ClusterStorage/Volume/VMs/VirtualMachine/VirtualMachine [ example.vhd (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)
It may affect specific virtual machines that are named with square brackets.

Cause
If the virtual machine has square brackets in the name, the agent is not able to query the information of the VHD/VHDX file. -
Resolution
Workaround:
Rename the virtual machine and remove the square brackets from its name.
