The virtual appliance upgrade fails with error 2760 - "You do not have access rights to this file" -
Description
When upgrading an existing vRanger virtual appliance, it fails with the following error:
Error: Clean up complete. System restored after encountering error: Error 2760 - [vix_cant_open_detail] VIX can't open [DATASTORE] vRangerVA/vRangerVA-config.vmdk (You do not have access rights to this file)
