Cannot select manifest file for VM restore from Manifest -
Description
When trying to do a restore, after browsing and selecting a manifest file, there is a red exclamation mark with the following error
"Please enter the valid location of the physical machine manifest file. If you want to restore a virtual machine from manifest file, please start the wizard from a virtual machine savepoint" -
Cause
This error can happen when selecting Restore from Physical Manifest rather than Restore from Virtual Manifest.

Resolution
When restoring a Virtual Machine, ensure that the Restore from Virtual Manifest is used. Restore from Physical Manifest refers to a Physical Machine bakcup, not a filesystem based manifest file, possibly residing on a physical machine.
