Backup job fails with the following Error Message: Cannot access a disposed object.
This was discovered in ESX4.0 and vRanger 5.3.1, but may apply to newer versions also.
The first troubleshooting step of restarting the management services did not resolve it.
The account you are using to connect to your hosts may have been set up with an expiration date.
Our internal debug logs will show the specific errors. You would need to open a support case to have these turned on and reviewed, but you can check your id's.
1. Set the ESX admin account you are using to expire at a later date.
2. Change the password in ESX and update the password in vRanger
3. Set the ESX admin account to not expire.
