Error: API Call failed with message: Another task is already in progress.
Description

Backups do not run and get Error: API Call failed with message: Another task is already in progress.
Cause

VMs disk is still attached to another machines, such as the vRanger VM or Virtual Appliance (VA)
Resolution

1)      From the vSphere Client Edit Setting of either the Virtual Appliance (VA) or the vRanger VM (whichever is used for Hot-Add)

2)      Click on the disk that is added to the VM (upper right (path) can confirm what disk it is)

3)      Click on Remove (***Do not delete from disk***)

4)      Repeat for all the disk that should not be attached

5)      From vRanger run the backup job again
