It is observed that the vRanger GUI will not launch and the error message that is appearing is "Can't connect to service"
When running the vRanger service in Debug mode, GUI Appears
To run the service in Debug mode, run the following command from CMD with elevated privileges:
"C:\Program Files\Quest\vRanger\Vizioncore.vRanger.Service.exe" DEBUG
Create a new user in SQL Management Studio Express and assign Public and Sysadmin privileges under Server Roles
Restart the vRanger service and launch the GUI
