When trying to connect to your Lync Pool you get the following error. "An error occured while attempting to execute Lync2010 powershell."
Full Error Message.
An error occured while attempting to execute Lync2010 powershell. verify that windows powershell 2 is properply configured for the accout used for test execution. has sufficient rights.
A Network Load Balancer is preventing the connection to the front end servers.
Add an entry in the Hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) of your Spotlight on Messaging Server so that the IP address of the pool will resolve to a Front End Server and not the Network Load Balancer.
The entry should be in the format "IP address [TAB] FQDN of Pool".
Example.
10.1.1.1 lyncpool.contoso.com
In the Framework.Console.log you will find the following error for you connection attempts.

Also, One customer was just using Round Robin DNS and the TTL o nthe A records for their pool was set to 0. They changed it back to the default 1 hour and all their Tests worked fine after that.
