When running the Lync Instance Message Health Test you will see the error below.
Error: 480, Temporarily Unavailable
Diagnosis: ErrorCode=4050,Source=LyncFrontEndServerName.domain.com,Reason=From User is either disabled or moving away
Microsoft.Rtc.Signaling.DiagnosticHeader
The test users for the Lync Health Tests have not been created.
To configure test users for Lync Health Tests
1. Login to one of your Lync servers as a member of group RTCUniversalServerAdmins.
2. Open the Lync Server Management Shell.
3. Execute following command for each of the registrar pools you want to run Spotlight on Messaging tests against:
New-CsHealthMonitoringConfiguration -Identity poolName.mycomany.com -FirstTestUserSipUri "sip:user1@mycompany.com" -SecondTestUserSipUri "sip:user2@mycompany.com"
