Restart the Spotlight Server.

Known issue: 

Go to the Task Scheduler and select the Spotlight Distributed Collector Recovery to disable it.

STATUS

This may be taken out of the product in a future release, disabling the Collector Recovery Task will cause no harm to product functionality. It basically periodically monitors the distributed collector.
