If you want to stop reporting this event in UCD, the answer is yes.
Steps:
1. Find out the source of the event you want to ignore. Go to "Event Viewer" and open this event, the "Source" column.
I googled your event and it is "ESE".
2. Find out the event ID of this event. Go to "Event Viewer" and open this event, the "Event ID" column.
I use 1733 as example.
3. Edit the server health test and navigate to "Exchange 2016" tab.
4. In the "Event Log" session, remove "Application\ESE (*)"; then click "Add Event Log Entries".
5. In the "Event Log Entry" dialog, input "ESE" in "Source"; input "1-1732,1734-100000" in "Event IDs".
It will ignore the event which source is ESE and event id is 1732.
6. Save and re-run.
