Resolution
Launch the Spotlight on Exchange Diagnostic Console.
In the options menu (View | Options | Spotlight Console) in the startup tab startup location to the connection manager can be changed.
When the connection manager is open select all connections. Press Ctrl-a to highlight them all and then click connect to open all of them at once.
Connections can alternatively be multi selected by holding the ctrl key on the keyboard and clicking on the connections. -
