Error when opening the Diagnostic Console: ClassFactory cannot supply requested class

This error has been found when the server has previously had Spotlight on Exchange installed, and then installed Spotlight on Messaging.
WORKAROUND:
If Spotlight on Exchange was installed before the upgrade to Spotlight on Messaging:
Open Windows registry and remove the following registry keys.
1. Start - Run - Type CMD
2. Navigate and delete:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Quest Software\Spotlight\Plug-ins\SpotlightonExchange*
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Quest Software\Products\SpotlightonExchange*
