Storage Health Test "Not Complete" "Failed to retrieve the last database backup time for Incremental, Differential and Copy Backups (4276323)

For your Exchange Storage Health test you are receiving the following errors for Incremental, Differential and Copy Backups.

Example Error:

Failed to retrieve the last database incremental backup time from the Exchange server. Value is not available.
Power Shell property LastIncrementalBackup is missing.
Verify that the user account used for test execution can access the storage group or store information using Exchange Management Shell.

If you are not doing a particular type of backup the test for that type of backup will fail.

Disable the tests for the backups that you are not doing.

For example if you are only doing full backups and not doing incremental, differential or Copy backups.

1. In the Unified Communications Diagnostics (UCD) Management Console expand tests.

2. Right click on your Storage Health Test and click Edit.

3. Click the Tab for your version of Exchange.

4. Scroll down and find the health check Hours since last incremental backup.

5 Left click on the Condition "informational" and select Disabled.

6. Repet step 5 for all the backup types you are not performing
