Why is Spotlight showing -2 and grayed out objects on the homepage?
Spotlight on Exchange cannot gatherer the data it needs because performance counters are not available on the remote server. Any associated Spotlight on Exchange graphics will be disabled (turned gray). Associated drill down graphics will not show any data for this sample and some numerical values will be displayed as -2 until this problem is resolved.
