Confirmation Options

Use the Confirmation page of the Options dialog to specify where and how you want to display certain messages.

To set confirmation options

1. Select Tools | Options |Environment | Confirmations.

2. Specify where to display certain messages. Review the following for additional information:

   Display all ignored messages in statusbar	Displays any ignored messages in the Status bar. Default: Selected
   Display all database messages in statusbar	Displays any messages from your database provider in the Status bar. Default: Selected
   Display all information messages in statusbar	Displays any informational messages in the Status bar. Default: Cleared
   Display all execution errors in message box	Displays any execution errors in a message box. Default: Selected
   Reinstate all confirmation messages...	Click to reinstate confirmation messages that you previously elected to ignore. Note: You elected to ignore a message if you selected the Do not prompt me again or Remember response and do not show again check box in a message.

Note: If you elect to display certain messages in the Status bar, these messages will also display in the Output window. See View Output Window for more information.

Tips:

• To navigate to the directory where option settings are stored, click the Application Data Directory link in the About dialog (Help | About).

• To search for a partial or complete option name or value, use the Search field at the bottom of each Options page. See About Options for more information.
