Recording settings

These refresh intervals are adjustable only if there is a recording session in progress. In all other circumstances they are unavailable.

These fields are especially useful when a recording is running, and you find that the refresh intervals are either too short or too long. Instead of stopping and restarting, you can access the General tab on the Options dialog and change the intervals to suit your needs.
