Log alarms to the following directory

The option that controls whether alarms are logged to files.

Select the option to log alarms to files. In the adjacent box, you must supply the directory in which the log files should reside. (Spotlight creates separate log files for the DB2 instance and each database that you monitor.)
Clear the option to log no alarms to files.
