Application Connections component

The Application Connections component shows the number of current physical connections to all databases in the DB2 instance.

Required monitor switch

None

Displayed statistic

At each refresh, Spotlight captures the total number of physical applications currently connected to databases within the instance. This value includes both local and remote connections.

Associated drilldown

Click the Application Connections component to open the Client Applications drilldown. This drilldown provides details about the applications currently running on the instance and helps you pinpoint problem activity.
