Quest® On Demand Migration

September 30, 2025

Quest®On Demand Migration is a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration service that allows you to simply and securely migrate Microsoft 365 information from Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI. It is a part of the Quest® On Demand cloud-based platform solution.

These release notes provide information about the latest Quest® On Demand Migration release.


 

New Features

This release introduces new features in the following On Demand migration service modules:

 

SharePoint migration

Migrate List items from file

The Migrate List items from file task allows you to upload a CSV file with information about the files and folders in a list that you want to selectively migrate.

 

Enhancements

The following is a list of enhancements implemented in On Demand Migration.

 

SharePoint Migration

561033 The Migrate SharePoint Contents task can process large lists with more than 250,000 items with greater efficiency when you select the Perform a full comparison migration option in the List Options step of the New SharePoint Migration Task wizard.
