Oracle Connection fails with WebLogic server is not running.
Description
During Oracle R12.2 test connection it fails with error WebLogic server is not Running even if the instance is up and running.
Cause
Invalid filesystem pointer for the APPS_TOP in stat.conf
Resolution
Because R12.2 features a Weblogic Server that replaces the OC4J Application server used in previous Oracle EBusiness versions. One instance of the Weblogic Server is installed on the Admin server
In stat.conf the APPS_TOP has to point to Run Edition fileserver.
