License reverts to evaluation mode when using command line -
Description
When running securecopycmd.exe the application reverts to Standard Evaluation mode. -
Cause
There can be many causes for this issue, including running securecopycmd.exe from a PowerShell script and not executing it from the installation folder. -
Resolution
If running securecopycmd.exe from a PowerShell script and the location of the command is added to the script, make sure the correct installation folder is referenced. The default installation folder in version 6.5 is C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Secure Copy 6.
Also, securecopycmd.exe must be executed from the installation path.
