Resolution
Secure Copy 6.5 and above supports the use of the asterisk (*) wildcard for filtering files and folders within the Filters option.
Other wildcards are not supported.
For example: A folder filter can be made to copy "A*". All Folders beginning with "A" would be copied.
Multiple filters can be applied to the same job. (A*, B*, C*, etc.) so that a set of folders from A through C can be copied and other folders excluded.
