Unexpected file structure on Target after initial copy -
Description
Copy job is performed, but file structure is duplicated (files and folders created within files and folders of the same name).

Cause
The option to "Create initial Source Folder under target folder" was not selected during the intial run of the copy job. The option has been enabled on a subsequent run. The folder structure already exists on the target when the file are copied a second time. -
Resolution
Open the "Copy Locations" tab within Secure Copy and deselect the checkmark to "Create initial source folder under target folder".
When selected, Secure Copy mirrors the folder structure between the Source and Target volumes. When deselected, the folder structure on the target is created as specified in the Target edit field. To ignore the source folder structure, clear the check box.
Caution: If the Synchronize target contents with source check box is selected on the Synchronization page, and you copy from multiple source paths, only those files in the last source file in the list are synchronized with the target. All other files in the target are deleted. See Setting Synchronization in the Secure Copy User Guide.
