Error importing SCOM Management Pack: "Quest Recovery Manager for Active Directory could not be imported" -
Description
After upgrading to a newer version, the SCOM MP fails to import with an error similar to the following:
"Quest Recovery Manager for Active Directory could not be imported"
"Database error. MPInfra_p_ManagementPackInstall failed with exception"

Resolution
If you upgraded from a much earlier version of RMAD, especially one not branded as Quest, there could be a conflict with the old MP. Remove the old MP and then try importing the new one again.
