On the Backup Data Preparation page, the Online Restore wizard receives the error message:
"Access denied."
This behavior can occur if you run Recovery Manager for AD using the credentials of a user without administrative privileges. Usage of Online Restore Wizard of Recovery Manager for AD requires for user to be a member of local Administrators group on computer running Recovery Manager.
Add the above-mentioned user account to the local Administrators group of the computer running Recovery Manager directly or via group nesting, and then restart Recovery Manager for AD Console.
