LSI attempts to detect disk free space for each of the disks and fails for all of the disks which do not have a drive letter associated with the disk
Perform a Manual non-cluster install of Performance Analysis for SQL Server (PASS). It is recommended you do a regular non-cluster install of PASS 6.5 and configure cluster manually after the installation - create corresponding resource in cluster manager and register the Launcher service on passive nodes.
1. Make sure you are running the latest installer, PASS 6.5.427.
2. In a regular install, the installer will not try to detect the drive letter and the user can input the shared disk drive as a mapped drive letter and installation should proceed.
3. Next, configure Quest Agent Manager (QAM) service for the failover and on passive node as well.
4. Next, configure the Cluster Administrator and make the QAM service a cluster resource. This will enable QAM Launcher service to failover with the SQL Server.
See p.106 of the Agent Installation User Guide.pdf on how to configure failover manually.
