Migrations stop for no apparent reason or unable to restart them and On Demand Migration for Email (ODME) logs show errors of "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized."
This is possibly related to an interruption of Office 365 service.
Log into your Office 365 Portal and Select Health > Service Health to view a list of degraded services.

Monitor the service interruption and once it is fixed, resume your migrations.
