Description
Unable to switch user profiles using the Client Profile Update Utility (CPUU).
You may see the following error in the CPUU log.

Cause
Outlook Web Access (OWA) access was disabled. -
Resolution
Enable OWA access for the mailboxes and run CPUU to update the Outlook profiles.
