When using Client Profile Updating Utility (CPUU) with On Demand Migration for Email (ODME), there may be occasions where ODME is unable to access the source or target mailbox in order to gather the information required to generate the switch message. The following example shows ODME trying to access a user's target Office 365 mailbox 3 times in order to gather the necessary information to generate the switch message:
