When migrating a user from Google Apps, the following error may be seen in the migration log file:

Cause
This error typically occurs when the primary SMTP domain (email domain) for the Google Apps Super Admin user being used for the migration does not match the primary SMTP domain for the user(s) being migrated. -
Resolution
If there are multiple SMTP (email) domains in use in Google Apps, then a separate Google Apps Super Admin user should be created for each SMTP domain. Users should then be grouped into Migration Plans based off of their SMTP address and the corresponding Google Apps Super Admin user credentials should be used for the migration.
