netvault virtual drive 1 and 3 have a red dot next to them and it doesnt load in the blank virtual tapes
This means that the drive is offline

Cause
drive put off line either by netvault user or because the library had a problem reading virtuyal tapes. -
Resolution
Right click the drive select online
If this does not bring the drive back online right click the library, select modify. This will bring up the modify library window, click the save button this will rewrite the library config to the device tree and reset the library. The drive should now come online.
