Dbms_output appears as Chinese characters for some lines of the output

When executing a SQL file in the Editor with DBMS Output enabled, some of the dbms output content appears as Chinese characters. There are no Chinese, or special characters, in the database.
원인
If it's a large amount of dbms_output, Toad fetches it as a CLOB, and there is a bug in 14.1 that makes large CLOB values on non-UTF8 databases appear like they are Chinese characters.
해결 방안
WORKAROUND: The issue doesn't happen in previous versions of Toad for Oracle.
STATUS: Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.
