Environment (Dependent on Application)

Environments further define an application. However, not all applications need to have environments. Environments are defined by your system administrator. If your application is Financial, your environments might be, or AP, AR, and GL.


	NOTE: Environments in this context should not to be confused with the generic application environments for which Stat provides version control and change management support.

Project

By default, the Project field is optional. The Stat administrator can set the Project field to be required in CSR Type Maintenance. Double-clicking on the project drop-down opens the Project window for that project. If this field is blank, it means that the CSR does not belong to a project. You may add CSRs to projects from either the CSR window or the Project window. For more information, see The Project Window .

Title (Required)

This field displays a brief explanation of the request (50 characters).


	NOTE: It is good practice to put key words in this field. Search wizards may use this field to locate CSRs in the Stat database.

Created By (Auto)

When a user opens a new CSR, Stat automatically populates this field with the user’s name. If this CSR was opened via email the default name is “Account, System.” If you have proper security, you can change the value displayed in this field.
