Oracle Multiple Connections

Multiple Spotlight on Oracle connections to the same Oracle database may affect the performance of the database. You can configure Spotlight to alert you during connection if another Spotlight is already connected to the database.

To configure the Oracle multiple connections warning

  1. Open a Spotlight on Oracle connection.
  2. Click View | Options
  3. Click Data Collection | Oracle Multiple Connections

  4. Click the appropriate button.
