Foglight for Hyper-V allows you to monitor the health of your Hyper-V virtual infrastructure by tracking resource consumption such as CPU, network, and memory consumption for individual clusters, servers and virtual machines in your integrated environment.

New in this release

This 5.7.3 release of Foglight for Hyper-V accompanies the release of Foglight for Virtualization, Enterprise Edition 8.6.

This release includes the following new features and improvements:

• Added the Alarms tab on the Hyper-V Environment dashboard. (VFOG-12764)
• Added the Rule dashboard under the Administration tab. (VFOG-12761)
• Improved the Explore View of SMB share in the Storage tile. (VFOG-12746)
• Added SMB share to the tree view in the Storage tile. (VFOG-12683)
• Enabled the Virtual-HyperV-Lite.car by default, after installing the Foglight for Hyper-V. (VFOG-12639)
• Added the support of SMB 3.0 shares in the Optimizer > Powered Off VMs tile. (VFOG-12506)
